We're on the hunt for a skilled Residential Electrical Service Consultant to join our dynamic team at Eco! This is a unique opportunity to become a trusted expert who provides exceptional residential electrical services and builds lasting customer relationships. Shift:

Mon - Fri, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Thur - Sunday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Friday - Mon, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Sat - Tues, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Be a Trusted Advisor: Efficiently troubleshoot malfunctions in residential settings, educate homeowners on their options, and build rapport to provide the right products and services.
• Deliver Top-Tier Work: Complete all residential service calls with a commitment to quality workmanship, leaving every job site clean and organized.
• Contribute to the Team: Actively participate in all training and company meetings, and be a positive team player who thrives on collective success.
• Win New Business: Deliver a professional and knowledgeable service experience that wins new referrals and repeat business for the company.

Who We're Looking For:

• A proven residential electrician with 2-5 years of experience and a passion for continuous improvement.
• A strong communicator who can build rapport and educate customers.
• A problem-solver with a solid knowledge of local electric codes and the ability to apply them on the job.
• An individual who is self-motivated but also enjoys winning as a team.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting and lifting
• Must be able to speak English and audibly hear to communicate
• Must be able to use arms and hands to signal, grab, hold, turn, push, and pull objects, materials, controls, and tools
• Must be able to pick up, lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work at heights, climb ladders and stairways, and occasionally work off of platforms/scaffolding (using the appropriate fall protection requirements)
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions (including heat, rain, cold, and wind) while wearing appropriate PPE
